I feel like I haven't been on here for a long while.
A lot has happened.
I did name my mp3 player Hisoka. It's very fitting.
I've been trying to play "Concerning Hobbits" and "Misty Mountains" on my cello lately, unfortunately Concerning Hobbits was made for violins. Poo. Misty Mountains sounds *awesome* on cello. Of course, that must be why it's my favorite song.
I have a lot of art i need to do- otherwise it just buzzes around myhead and gets /quite\ distracting.

You win, cousin of mine. I admit defeat. I have been pulled to the darkside, never to comeback. Some of my friends on DA will no doubt be happy about this, too. I refused to get sucked into it for so long, and yet, here I am. Of course, i still refuse to draw it, because i agree with my sisteers opinion that it will keep you from improving in realistic drawings. Although some people are good enough to do both, which is great, but im still working on shading... 
Still wondering what I'm talking about? Anime, of course. I have been sucked into the world of anime. I thought Korean was enough for me. Obviously not, but thats ok. I mean ive watched Trigun aroung 3 times, and read the manga, but that didnt make me crazy about anime, it just made me crazy about Trigun. I mean, seriously, its great!
www.youtube.com/watch?v=SfO7N_…However, now that my cousin has coerced me and my sis to watch HunterxHunter(2011), we've been convinced, that yes, some anime is good (or still good in her case).
Im mean obviously i remember watching Pokémon and DBZ as a kid, but those i never considered as anime, they were just shows that were interesting and on tv... You know along with PBS, and the french channel, the power puff girls and samarai jack( which now that i think of it, why is the samarai's name jack?)
And then of course a few years ago there was Sgt. Frog, but after Megavideo got shut down we couldnt watch it... I guess i have watched more anime than i thought.... But the weird thing now is, my mouth is spewing out Japanese.... Ive never even tried learning Japanese before.
For example the last time i said 'sorry', it was not in english, oh no, and not in Korean(which does happen alot), no, it was in JAPANESE. Funny thing,about 30s after i said it, i realized that i said it in Japanese, and i just stood there shocked for a few minutes.... Looking confused... If course then i had to figure out if i even said the right thing. Suprisingly it was correct. But i suppose thats what happens when you watch 85 ep of HxH in 2wks with ur cousins. Any one else watch that show...? Any one i know? So far my fav characters are Kurapika and Killua. Evidently the way my sis and i interact is much like killua and gon, respectively. Shes the logical one, and i have crazy ideas(that areso crazy, they just might work!). Except 12yr olds have boundless energy. And we dont.
Heres to hoping i dont get obsessed.

K-Drama, that is. 
I just finished watching the Drama called 'Faith', my friend recommended it to me, and it was pretty good! It took me longer than usual to finish watching this drama, since I've been so busy. But I finally did, and well, I've got some comments to make... Okay but first, I admit that my friend recommending it to me is not the ONLY reason why I watched it..... I mean, it has to do with Time Traveling!!! (and it had lee minho in it... so yeah...)
First, I will say, that when I started watching it, it had me very confused. All through the first half hour I didn't know what in the world was going on! Then I realized that I was watching the last episode. Thanks, Hulu. So when I started watching the FIRST episode, things made a lot more sense, but it mademe realise that I really need to read up on Korean history if I'm going to watch anymore historical dramas, because they kinda expect you to know a certain amount. So that has been put on my to do list. (Wikipedia for the win!!!)
So first episode, peopleare trying to kill the king and queen, no big suprise there, I get to see Lee Minho in historical clothing In action. King is kinda annoying, but he's young so you can't really blame him. The queen is pretty awesome, and quite pretty, too. Shes got these hand maidens that look like they can't fight, but they stand there with knifes in their hands anyways. The queen is cut on her neck, OH NOES SHES GONNA DIE!!! In walks Dr.Jang, (tall, dark, and hansome from Secret Garden), and a cheer goes up in the TV room. Well, just me, but whatever. So we find out that Lee Minho is a SITH LORD? He has lightning coming out of his fingers!!!! HOLY CHEESE BATMENSCH! So this is now Dr.Who AND Star Wars??? awesome. So this is where Lee Minho has to go through the door to 'heaven'. I wouldn't call 2012 'heaven', but whatever. He freaks out a monk, (poor old dude), and goes to find "God's Doctor". I wish there would have been more of LeeMinho finding out what cool things the future has. Thats always fun. So he almost gets arrested a few times, uses his awesome hand to hand combat skills against some lazy security guards and finds 'God's Doctor'. Asks her if she can fix a cut on the neck, she says she has to see it, so he FREAKIN CUTS OPEN SOMEONES NECK AND TELLS HER TO FIX IT!!! I dont know what to think at that point, so I just crack up with laughter. She does fix it, but the scene is not for the faint of heart, these surgeery scenes are pretty nasty. And yet they look fake. Whatev. So he decides to kidnap her. God(s doctor) save the queen. More sith action against a SWAT team, steals a police sheild and carrys her like a sack of potatoes to heavens door. So ladies, if all this happened to you what would you do?
A) self defense classes, dont fail me now!
B) check to make sure you have Asprin because you're gonna need it
C) whine like a baby while you try and fail to get away from this crazy(hot) dude
D) cross your fingers and hope that he's taking you to the TARDIS
E) Play dead and hope he goes and finds some other poor doctor to pick on
F) Stare at him Sarah Williams style
G) all of the above...?
I would probably pick D, and if that doesn't work, A it is.
But yeah, she picked C, and that got annoying, FAST. But thankfully, she had aspirin, and that turned out to be a life saver. So we learn that aspirin is magical, carry it with you always.
So about the next six episodes are pretty similar. The King and Queen hate each other. Someones trying to take over the throne. The WuDalChi kill some people, fake looking blood squirts out. EuiSon(futurelady) stabs Captain(leeminho) with his own sword. Then feels bad because she didn't expect to be able to run him through, so she saves him. He tries to die on her so she uses CPR and freaks out the people around her. KISSING OMG. *rolls eyes*
So somewhere inbetween Court Intrigue and killing people,we meet Daeman (omgosh i love this dude hes got Dragon Ball Z hair and a stutter. Hes a good guy.), white haired dude(silent brooding type. mmmmmm sephiroth? Yummy) GiChol,(I still dont know whether to hate him, or feel bad for him), and fire lady,(who is just annoying all the time). Court Lady Choi(captain's aunt whos AMAZING) a mute girl whose name I can't remember, and shes awesome, too. She was in Boy over Flowers.
So fighting, fighting and more fighting. Poor captain is getting sick of it all. We learn more of everyones past.
The King and Queen begin their love story, slowly but surely. Very adorable, but not aegyo. THANK GOODNESS. Possibly my favorite part.
Morr fighting, more killing. (i wish they would have left out most of the fighting. We get the picture, i dont want to see all those people die.
We start learning about The Hwa Ta, Captain and Euison's love story starts, with a very rocky beginning. Somewhere in there comes the real villain(to me) the Kings Uncle. How I hate this dude. He poisons people and acts like hedoesn't know anyone, but really hes the puppet master. Hes a real jerk.
WHY ARE DRAMAS WITH LEEMINHO SO FREAKIN VIOLENT??? Its annoying. This drama had more people die in it than City Hunter!!!! That is saying something. They must be trying to get more guys in the audience. They seriously can't call kdramas 'soap operas' because they are more like action films. There was ONE KISS in 24episodes.and no "im having an affair with one or more of your family members" or "I'm preggers with someone elses child!" or "I HATE YOU!" "I HATE YOU MORE!" "LETS MAKE OUT!" "FINE!"
Nothing like that, but it was funny when she cut her pants into shorts and walked into the WuDalChi barracks. Their eyes went HUGE.
So puppet master didnt die. EVERY ONE ELSE ND THEIR BROTHER DIED! BUT NOT HIM. Jerk.
I still say they should have let Gi Chol go through heavens door. He wouldnt have been a threat, because theycould have just shot him with a tranquilizer and put him in the loony bin. Poor guy was crazy and greedy.
So Euison turns out to be the Hwa Ta. And i found out that in Korea, they have a projector the size of a sony walkman. Does anyone else remember the sony walkman? You know before portable CD players and MP3 players? Anyone?!!?!?
Fine, be that way. For you youngsters, it was a little thicker than the iPhone.
HOW IS A PROJECTOR THAT SMALL????!!!! In school our projectors were HUGE! You know those black ones that had the light in the bottom and used mirrors to put it on the wall. I mean ive seen the ones that were about a square foot, and that isnt mind blowing, with all the tech they have these days, but the size of a walkman!!!! Crazy.
Anyways, after a lot of tension, fighting, surgery, crying, figuring out stuff, Dr.Jang dying(holy cheese wiz i was so sad. He was an awesome character), falling in love, promising to never leave each other, she finally is pushed through heavens door back into her world and the captain is dying. Thankfully we still had like 11 minutes left. She grabs stuff to save his life, freaks out a nurse, and steals a poor guys backpack, and goes through the door just to be 100 YEARS EARLY. So she plants all the evidence to make herself from the past in the future believe and do the right thing, before going out heavens door again and back in, to 5 YEARS TOO LATE? She sees all of the WuDalChi guys that you come to love(and just wanna hug), and over hears that her love is ALIVE!!!! She runs to where he is waiting for her (hes been waiting on that hill for five years, but still has to work) and they see each other and they smile and get tears in their eyes aaannnd! Thats it. The story has ended. I sat there confusedfor like five minutes thinking, "What just happened?!?!"
They get back together and see each other and smile and cry. No running to each other and hugging, no last kiss that would make an awesome last shot. NOTHING. They just stand there looking at each other! No words either! Thenthe sappy ending music starts and the credits roll. dissapointing.
But heres the thing. They spend 23 1/2 hours stretching out courtly intrigue, fighting, killing, dying, loving, and tension, but they rap up what could have been a good 5 episodes more (at least! If not another season!) in a half an hour. WHY KOREA! WHY?!?! WHY CHANNEL 15 why?!?!?
So that is my verion of the Korean Drama Faith, andnow you dont have to watch it!!!
